1/2 kg chicken back, skin removed and rinsed
5 cups water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc small onion, chopped
½ cup carrot, chopped
¼ cup celery, chopped
2 sachets Maggi Magic Sarap
1 cup elbow macaroni
1 tbsp sliced spring onion
1. Simmer chicken in the water for 30 minutes. Reserve broth and shred chicken.
2. Sauté garlic, onion, carrot, and celery in oil. Pour chicken broth and simmer
3. Stir in noodles and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Add shredded chicken and spring onion.
4. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
